Welcome to Blackbird Coffee & Fizz. We are a family run business based in the heart of the midlands. Blackbird Coffee is a brand new venture for us – David, Louise & Ruby. Having worked in the service sector and retail industry for many years, we wondered if we could pool our business experience and start out on our own. We’ve always had a special love affair with all things coffee, a strong passion for the perfect cup of tea, a taste for the finest hot chocolate and who doesn't like sharing life successes with the odd glass of fizz!Following the birth of our beautiful daughter Ruby we knew the time was right to think differently about our future and consider our options for a better family life....
